About me
Hi! I’m an artist, art conservator, and art teacher with a passion for creativity, craftsmanship, and sharing knowledge.
For the past decade, I’ve been teaching painting and drawing to people of all skill levels, both online and in person. Whether you’re picking up a brush for the first time or looking to develop your technique, my goal is to make the creative process approachable, inspiring, and enjoyable.
My artistic practice extends beyond the studio into theatre and stage production, where I work with scenic and decorative painting and costume design. I enjoy bringing ideas to life through color, texture, materials, and craftsmanship, and collaborating with others to create the visual world of a performance.
Alongside my creative work, I also work in art conservation and restoration field.
Across everything I do—painting, teaching, conservation, and theatre—I’m driven by curiosity, creativity, and a love for making things by hand.
About my art
My work is rooted in a love for traditional techniques, craftsmanship, and visual storytelling. I create original paintings and sketches inspired by art, history, and the world around me, with a particular appreciation for detail and color.
Alongside my original work, I create hand-painted replicas of historical artworks, carefully studying their techniques, materials, and visual language. For me, this is not simply about recreating an image, but about understanding the craftsmanship behind it and connecting with artistic traditions of the past.
My sketchbook goes with me wherever I go. Whether I’m travelling, wandering through a new city, or simply noticing something along the way, I try to capture the small, precious moments that might otherwise pass unnoticed. For me, sketching is a way of slowing down, observing, and keeping a visual record of the places, people, and moments I encounter.
